Cancellation Policy
Any product once purchased cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
Order once placed cannot be cancelled and hence no refunds shall be granted.
Suspension or Termination of service
Some products may have additional terms and conditions mentioned on the website. The user is required to follow such terms and conditions otherwise the service may be cancelled without any prior notice. One such example can be where a user is required to share his/her identity proof after purchasing the product. Service may be suspended or terminated if such identity proof and/or other required documents and details are not supplied by the user.
Most Important terms and conditions relating to suspension or Termination (permanent block) of services
Krivi Eduspace or Krivii Eduspace (hereinafter referred to as KE) can request any or all of the students enrolled in any course purchased through the website www.krivieduspace.com or www.krivii.in or any other website or by any other means whatsoever, to submit his/her government id proof along and/or student id proof related to the course in which the student enrolled.
For example if a student enrolled in any of the CA Final course then student id proof can be articleship registration letter, CA Final registration letter, Student ID card issued by ICAI and such document which clearly indicates that the student is enrolled in that particular course.
Any failure to submit such documents can lead to temporary or permanent block of classes. In such a case the ENTIRE AMOUNT PAID AS FEES FOR THE COURSE SHALL BE FORFEITED. The student shall not be eligible for any refund whatsoever. In such case the student shall not be able to view any classes/content whatsoever.
KE can reject any document submitted by the student. Some grounds for cancellation/rejection can be–
1. Student registration document is more than 12 months old
2. Document is not clearly readable or clear identity could not established.
3. Any other reasons as per the circumstances of the case.
In case of rejection of documents it shall be treated as if the documents were never submitted.
Requirement of Video confirmation
KE at its sole discretion can demand video confirmation from the student. In such cases the student can be requested to share his/her recorded video or alternatively the student may be demanded to confirm his/her identity via a live video call.
